Altered Frames

I found myself in the mood to work on a couple of frames. The first one I made is for a sweet lady that I know from scrapbook.com. I used 2 chippies that I received from 3tailscraft, the corner vine and the light post. I used inks to color them both then decorated around them. I also added the picture of Sandy and her husband to the frame for a finished look.

The second frame I made because I'm in a challenge over at sb.com. We were to use the oval chippie frame from 3tailscraft and add it to a project. I chose to make a frame within a frame. I wanted it to be about a mothers love to their child so I added the hands of the mother and child to the oval frame, added pearls around the inside and attached that to the outer frame that I decorated. The outer frame is just a one dollar wood frame that I picked up at Michaels.
